I will say, my experience with Lululemon in recent years has ether been items that have zero issues or items that have major issues. Such as this. No in between. Paint just flaking away on a Softstreme Oversized-Fit Half Zip. 2 years old, has been in the wash not more than 5 times. Barely worn. Why do I have clothing that lasts for 10-15 years without anything like this and lululemon has problems acknowledging defects. Paint flaking, I don’t know how much more obvious it could be that it’s not user error. Of course lululemon GEC has a canned response claiming it’s “showing signs of thinning in the material”. They might as well just write, sorry but we won’t stand behind our product.
