I have placed 2 orders recently. One on march 17, and one march 22. I got notification that my second order, the 22nd one, has shipped but I’m still waiting for confirmation on the first one. Is this normal? I have emailed them today with no responses yet, but it said to wait 2-3 business days for a response. Is this normal?
