Today I went to a store to return items that I had purchased online. It was well within the return timeframe and I also had the receipt. The store said they couldn’t process the return and that I had to call the GEC. When I asked why, she said she couldn’t say.
It was weird, so I went to another nearby location and they did the return without any issue. Does anyone know why this happened with the initial store?
