Has anyone else experienced terrible customer service and shipping experiences lately? There has been a few instances now where I have ordered online and the order has arrived with items missing. Whenever I have spoken to Customer Service, they have literally done nothing and I’ve been charged for the item.
I spend quite a bit on lululemon annually and understand that sometimes there are shipping mishaps, but it’s been really frustrating that I have to go through the whole process of filing a claim just to have it denied, not really sure where to go from here.
