Wear and tear is going to happen to your products that’s how clothing and shoes work but that doesn’t mean when that happens you’re guaranteed a new item. This promise covers manufacturer defects, stitching issues, or performance issues within a year and whether the item is exchangeable is also at the discretion of the educators and manager if you ask to speak with one .
