Fully untie and loosen!
lol- if it were the outside I wouldn’t be as annoyed. It’s the inside of the heel. Great fitting and feeling shoes up until this point. Just the quick wear is really off putting from buying another pair. I’m even so precious about putting them on that I use a shoe horn to protect the back.
Would love to share a pic but can’t figure out how to add one now.
Good News! They will be refunding me with gift card. I will turn it into a new pair of shoes :) Hopefully the next pair fare a bit better!! Thanks all!
