  • I only wear wunder trains for hot yoga. They’re definitely not the most comfortable. I only wear them for hot yoga or to lift because they are sweat wicking and so quick to dry. Also I don’t notice the compression while I’m moving in the class or working out. I like aligns more comfort wise, but wear those for gentle yoga or lounging. I wore them once to a sweatier yoga class and felt a bit soggy after.
